Does my gift card ever expire?
No, Bass Pro Gift Cards and electronic Gift Cards do not expire.
Can a lost, stolen or damaged gift card be replaced?
Lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards can be replaced for any remaining value if satisfactory proof of purchase is provided. Gift Cards cannot be replaced or refunded without the store receipt or proof of purchase. Please call Customer Service at 1-800-265-6245 for additional assistance.
If I don't use my gift card right away, will I be charged any fees?
No, there are no fees charged for inactivity.
Can I reload my gift card?
Gift cards are not reloadable.
I did not receive the eGift card. What should I do?
If you have not received your eGift card, please check your junk or spam folder. If it is still not there, contact us and we will resend it to you.
