This tapered leader line is made of a medium-stiff nylon and has a powerful taper to easily turn over streamers and big terrestrials like hoppers and stoneflies. It's also excellent for fly fishing in tough winds. It's made of a copolymer material to be incredibly tough and abrasion-resistant.
