The Beretta® 92FS Inox Semi-Auto Pistol is one of the most extensively tested and duty-proven semi-auto pistol designs in existence, having served as the official sidearm of the U.S. Military for decades as the M9. The 92FS Inox has all the same features as the M9, made with a stainless steel slide, barrel, and internal parts to increase its resistance to corrosion and ease of maintenance. The Beretta 92 utilizes a short-recoil, delayed-blowback system along with an open-top slide that virtually eliminates jamming. The disassembly latch simplifies field-stripping the handgun into 4 main components for easy maintenance. The spring-loaded, ambidextrous safety lever doubles as a decocker, and the loaded chamber indicator can be felt by touch. Reversible mag release accommodates right- and left-handed shooters. Soft rubber grips absorb recoil. DA/SA trigger. 3-dot fixed sights.
